Excellent understanding of server rules and Discord TOS as well as excellent personal judgement in taking care of tough cases. Can take care of other staff team members and capable of taking over and carrying work for others when they are busy. Friendly to work with and good at shot calling as well as always on the look out for greater improvement for overall benefits. Very experienced in resolving many server issues made by previous mods/admins when setting up and fixing servers. Partnership management has lead to increase of 400 members at minimum in each server employed in over the course of 1 month. Capable of quick adaptation and working in co-operation with others efficiently.
