Hypery is rethinking the whole music industry, how would a fair environment for artists look like, one that would give them a fair chance to succeed by engaging with their fan base in a way that benefits both sides? Hypery is creating a system where artists: -Earn a fair amount for each track, keeping the majority of that revenue; -Get an upfront of the income right after releasing a new track; -Can sell exclusive limited items engaging with their fans; -Can sell tickets for concerts or live streaming in advance. As the artist’s fan base grows, together with the demand for their work, artists can capitalize on that, issuing tokens that can be used by their fans to pay for music, merchandise, and access to exclusive content. The Hypery platform makes the promotion of the artist’s work easy by incentivizing their own fans to do most of the work, reinforcing the growth of each artist. Listeners are willing to engage with their favorite artists not only because they like the artist’s work, but also because they have extra incentives to do so. Hypery is building a system where fans: -Can be part of the success of their favorite artist by buying royalty rights of a song, and in doing so, earning a share of the revenue generated by every track sold of that song. That also incentivizes the fan to promote the artist’s track since they share its success with the artist, -Have an option to pay with the artist’s token every time they buy a song and can use those tokens to get discounts on merchandise, new releases, and live performances; -Get the benefit from the increase of the artists’ tokens value, increasing in value proportionally with the artist’s popularity; -Have real ownership of every song/album they love once they buy it, being able to listen to it how many times they want without any additional cost.
