A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

I have a bunch of experience with handling behavior

I previously owned a server with 600 members, im head admin in a server with 200 members and overall im always on discord and don't mind being pinged if needed, im good at handling people and overall good at doing everything (besides grammar, and bot commands Im still learning but anything else im great with)

A strong first message explains the mission, the workload, and what success looks like in the first few weeks.

Reach out with context, not just a link

01

Tell kimi= what your Discord community does, who it serves, and what kind of tone your team works in day to day.

02

Explain the actual responsibilities you need help with, whether that is moderation, onboarding, events, content, or something more specialized.

03

Set expectations early by mentioning schedule, response times, and the outcome you want in the first few weeks of working together.
