A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

I'm a seasoned DeFi enthusiast with five years of experience in the space. I'm currently a moderator for Snail Trail, an NFT game on the Avalanche Blockchain. I'm frequently available and on Discord very often.

I began investing in 2017 and have learned a great deal about the space. I thoroughly enjoy talking to people about DeFi and have experience moderating servers for about six months. I was asked to join the Snail Trail (Play2Earn NFT game on Avalanche) team as a moderator after helping lots of people to better understand the whitepaper.

A strong first message explains the mission, the workload, and what success looks like in the first few weeks.

How to pitch

Reach out with context, not just a link

01

Tell tombowl what your Discord community does, who it serves, and what kind of tone your team works in day to day.

02

Explain the actual responsibilities you need help with, whether that is moderation, onboarding, events, content, or something more specialized.

03

Set expectations early by mentioning schedule, response times, and the outcome you want in the first few weeks of working together.
