A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

I'm a professional moderator and administrator with experience in over 30 servers. Additionally I'm a graphic designer and social media manager.

I'm a professional moderator who has verifiable experience in over 30 servers (for the ones I can get invites/IDs) with the biggest being 1k+ members. I have either served as a moderator and/or an administrator for all servers as roles such as partner manager, human resources, developer, or event manager simply didn't interest me too much though doesn't mean I have not served in these positions for my own personal projects. I am great at leadership and project management and have handled many unique types of verification systems as well as tickets in the past. I have over two and a half years of active experience and a few additional months of simply learning from others prior to hands on experience. I believe a moderator is here as a trusted member of a community, they are here to help people when needed as long as it's server related. That can be with a question or a larger issue concerning another member. They are also here to make newcomers (and current existing members) feel welcome and that if they need anything server related to make sure to let you or the staff team know. Moderators are fair, responsible, and mature, they don't take action towards others due to a personal reason. They take action based on a community standard and remain strict towards their moderation decisions. They only take action if a user's action goes against community standards aka rules. Moderators should be active and check in frequently especially if there is server activity.
