I will keep your community within the appropriate guidelines! I am friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with. As someone who served in the military and is now in school to practice surgery, I have acquired discipline, maturity, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts in a professional and appropriate manner. I currently am a moderate in multiple servers. I interact with other server members to gain information regarding serious TOS breaches, rude rule-breakers, or incoming raids. Server rules, changes, and other important matters are also open to public opinions and criticisms. This allows members to feel safer, secure, and truly a part of the community while discouraging rule-breaking and unwelcome behaviors.
