I'm 19 years old, I have upto a year experience in community moderating both for nft project or game project. IIn my previous position, I was able to moderate a community of (200-1000) members. I was able to foster relationships within the community by being moderating the behavior of the members in this server (Metamona). I excelled in promoting the project which led to an increase in project awareness. I accomplished this by intently listening to the needs of my co workers and members of this project and provided them with the feedback they were seeking for.
