A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

I'm a teenager who has used discord for quite a while, and I have been helping my friends out a lot with their servers. I can help with controlling the flow of junk, organizing text channels, and whatever else you need.

As motioned I'm a teen with experience managing a chaotic server. The discord server I managed was very wild because the amount of my classmates that were in it. This is my first time managing a discord server for a job. I am willing to do the first month of my Job for free. Depending on how useful I am, you can decide to hire someone else, or keep me.

A strong first message explains the mission, the workload, and what success looks like in the first few weeks.

The fastest way to understand how this candidate could complement your community team.

Moderators

I can add bots, improve the activeness of the server, and organize and filter text channels. I can make the server more appealing to new users.

Track record

Past experience and current rhythm

Previous collaborations

I have no former employers unless you count my friend asking me to help him run his server.

Current engagements

I will only monitor the first server to hire me.

Availability can shift over time, so confirm current commitments and preferred response times before you hire.

I have some experience managing discord servers and have experience dealing with toxic or very annoying discord users.

How to pitch

03

Set expectations early by mentioning schedule, response times, and the outcome you want in the first few weeks of working together.
