I believe direct experience as a mod, as well, would lend valuable perspective. I spent my traditional career as a nonprofit executive in the Midwestern US. I founded and operated literacy as well as literary and performance career development programs until I stepped awat from traditional employment in 2018. Now spending my time primarily as a digital nomad, I'm focused on finding remote work opportunities to expand my community building, management, and mediation skillsets. My availablity is quite flexbile as my current role is built around deliverables rather than schedule.
