A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

Built & led a 3K+ member game dev Discord (Learn Unity). 3 yrs experience in community management, team leadership, and pitched sponsorships.

I'm a self-taught community builder with 3+ years of experience in creating, managing, and scaling a Discord server from 0 --> 3,000 members. I've founded Learn Unity, a game development hub focused on helping users with C#, Unity, and creative collaboration. And although I stepped down two years ago, the server still continues to operate under the loyal staff team I trained that is still active and still helps members to this day. I've personally supported community members in everything from programming and digital art to moderation tools and Discord systems. I'm experienced at setting up bots, permissions, moderation systems, and scalable workflows that keep a server running smoothly long-term. What sets me apart: I don’t just moderate, I build communities and develop staff teams that thrive even after I’ve stepped away. I’m interested in managing medium to large-scale servers, but I’m open to managing smaller servers as well. Check out the server: https://discord.gg/r7Yt77xc5D It’s not as active as it was during my leadership, but the staff team remains responsive and dedicated. Pay preference: $13 and above / hour for medium servers $ 16 and above / hour for large servers $10 and above / hour per hour for small servers If I am required to grow a small server, I will raise my rate to $ 16 and above. Time range I am willing to work for : 12 PM - 5 PM (UTC)

A strong first message explains the mission, the workload, and what success looks like in the first few weeks.
