Hi, I'm Zypher Community Manager and Administrator, Piano Man by night. I have years of experience with online and real-world leadership and management. I have associate's and bachelor's level education related to management.

I am considerably familiar with Discord's features and facilities. I can create professional server infrastructure on demand to request, and have been able to negotiate partnerships with large bots (100K+ servers) to offer favorable perks for servers. In working as a business owner and manager in corporate America, I am very familiar with team building and leadership. In ideal circumstances, I am able to build teams that can last indepedent of my presence. As a sales representative, I am experienced with customer service and conflict resolution. I have built communities from a few thousand members to hundreds of thousands. I have taught dozens of others how to manage communities through seminaries and speaking events, some of whom have gone on to work with Discord communities, like Anime Vangaurds, with millions of members.

My strongest skills are in leadership, team management and development. I can plan for the long term and lead teams with competence.
