With over three years of hands-on experience moderating and helping manage a variety of Discord communities, I have developed a strong understanding of what it takes to maintain healthy, welcoming, and well-organized online spaces. Throughout my time on the platform, I have served as both a moderator and an administrator across eight different Discord servers, each with its own unique culture, structure, and moderation needs. These communities ranged in size from 3,000 members to more than 30,000 members, giving me extensive exposure to both mid-sized and large-scale community environments. During this period, I developed key skills in conflict resolution, community engagement, rule enforcement, staff coordination, and user support. I consistently worked to ensure that server guidelines were upheld while still maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members. My responsibilities often included managing reports, handling appeals, overseeing chat activity, training new moderation staff, and contributing to policy updates as servers grew and adapted.
