My names Roman I am an Active Discord mod with staff & mod experience but don't mind learning about more roles that I could fit best in those are just where I am most experienced.

My name is Roman, and I’m interested in a Discord Moderator or Server Staff role. I’m active, reliable, and consistent when it comes to being present and helping out in a server. About Me I’m an active and responsible Discord moderator with experience in both staff management and general moderation. I genuinely enjoy helping servers stay organized, safe, and welcoming. I’m easy to work with, take responsibility seriously, and I like being part of a team where everyone supports each other and grows together. Experience In one server, I worked as a Staff Manager / Staff Lead. I was responsible for managing the staff team and deciding who could become staff. I helped with staff selection, oversaw moderators, and made sure everyone was doing their role properly. I also helped keep everything organized and running smoothly. I especially enjoyed the leadership aspect and working closely with the staff team. In another server, I worked as a general Moderator. My role involved regularly checking the server to make sure everything was running well, helping new members feel welcome, and keeping the chat friendly. I enforced server rules when necessary by issuing warnings, mutes, or bans, and handled issues calmly and fairly. I also worked closely with other moderators to keep the server under control.
