Alongside that, I have real-world leadership experience where I’ve managed people, coordinated daily operations, and worked in structured team environments. My approach is very human-based. Through my psychology background, I focus on understanding behavior, handling conflicts calmly, and creating a fair and positive environment for both members and staff. I’m not just focused on rules, but on how people interact and how a community actually functions. I’ve worked across moderation, HR, documentation, management, and engagement, and I’m comfortable both in direct interaction and behind the scenes organizing systems. I’m used to taking responsibility, supporting teams, and keeping things running consistently.
