With over 10 years of experience on Discord, I have managed and staffed both large and small communities in a variety of administrative and leadership roles. My experience includes community management, staff leadership, moderation, server organization, policy development, and conflict resolution. In addition to community management, I have a strong technical background and develop custom Discord moderation bots and server tools, including automod systems, logging, ticket management, and utility features. This combination of leadership and technical expertise allows me to effectively manage both the operational and technical aspects of a community. I take pride in being professional, level-headed, and approachable. I believe successful communities are built through fairness, communication, consistency, and strong leadership. My goal as an administrator is not only to enforce rules, but also to support staff teams, improve server operations, and help create communities that members genuinely enjoy being a part of.
