A closer look at the person behind the resume

This page mirrors the clarity of a staff listing, but from the candidate side: who they are, where they can help, and what to mention when you open a conversation.

I am a eighteen year old hard worker who is looking to get experience in the field of moderation, and the trust & safety of online communities. Looking specifically for more ticket based moderation.

I am an eighteen year old hard worker who loves the idea of being a part of a community. The idea of being a part of something bigger then myself has been a passion since I was little. I am looking for opportunities in discord servers to gain experience in my moderation skills, and grow my skills in the trust and safety of online communities. As I would like this to be a career for me this is also a great passion of mine and I take great pride in that. I can work very hard and have a passion to gain more experience.

A strong first message explains the mission, the workload, and what success looks like in the first few weeks.
