The Kingdom of Acordia is a Discord-based political simulator with Fandom based historical records. We have a vibrant community of over 130 members and are looking to expand our team of moderators.
Description
The Kingdom of Acordia is a Discord-based political simulator with Fandom based historical records. Discovered in 1492, Acordia spent over 450 years under British rule before declaring independence in 1947. Acordia is a Unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy with Unicameral Chamber and Common Law Judicial system. Members of the Council of Representatives are elected by way of a Proportional Representative system. We have a vibrant community of over 130 members and are looking to expand our team of moderators. As a moderator, your responsibilities will include: → Monitoring user-generated content and ensuring it meets our community guidelines → Responding to user inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally → Taking appropriate action against users who violate community guidelines → Collaborating with other moderators and administrators to maintain a positive community environment → Proactively identifying and addressing potential community issues → Participating in the development and improvement of community guidelines and policies To be considered for this role, you should have: → A passion for creating a positive and inclusive community → Strong communication skills → The ability to work independently and as part of a team → Familiarity with Discord, online communities, and political simulators → Willingness to learn and grow as a moderator
