Are you a passionate supporter of independent musicians and artists? Do you have experience in running and managing Discord servers? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and help us take our non-profit organization to the next level. At our Discord group, we have created a vibrant community that aims to support and promote verified Spotify musicians, SoundCloud artists, and YouTube creators. Our goal is to provide a space where like-minded individuals can connect, collaborate, and share their music and artwork with a supportive audience. As an admin, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our growing community. One of our main initiatives is the creation of a community playlist that features the music of all our talented members. We believe in the power of collaboration and aim to foster a welcoming environment where artists can inspire and uplift each other. In addition to playlist curation, we have various engaging channels and activities designed to promote our members. We run a weekly "Artist of the Week" challenge, where winners get their songs directly promoted at the top of our Discord, gaining immediate visibility. We also have a level-based system that rewards engagement, granting members access to exclusive promotional opportunities as they progress.
