RealFevr (www.realfevr.com) is at the forefront of the next gaming era, integrating digital collectibles as playable items into Organya (www.organya.world), our groundbreaking Web3 game. We're looking for moderators to our vibrant Community. WHAT YOU'LL DO: > Monitor and promptly respond to inquiries, feedback, and support requests from community members on Discord and Telegram; > Provide answers to questions, troubleshooting guidance, and report daily to our Team; > Entertain and foster a positive community environment by promoting respectful and constructive discussions among community members; > Maintain a safe and respectful environment on the chats; > Stay informed about the best practices in community management to continuously improve community engagement and support; > Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience on Discord/Telegram and contribute ideas to enhance the engagement. WHAT SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE: > Strong communication, interpersonal skills, team spirit, and proactivity; > Previous experience in moderation, management, or a similar role; > Empathy and patience to provide support to users; > Fluent in spoken and written English; > Speaking other languages is a plus.
