Introduction
I built this server in response to Canada's Crisis in mental health and the high death tolls amongst youth in our provinces.
Description
In August 2023, the Canadian Pediatric Society released its report for 2022, making headlines across the country: #1 Cause of Death for Youth 10 - 18 yrs Old is Overdose!! I have seven grandchildren between those ages. I cried all the way through that report. I want to do something that makes a difference, I want to reach out and do my best to offer some guidance. I am a former addict and I have also worked in the Mental Health Sector. I am looking for people who feel the same way and are good with youth. Up to now, I've been handling this on my own. When I began a few months ago, I had no clue what a channel or a category was. We could use assistance in any area, ngl, it was hard to learn at this age. Please stop by or DM me if you're interested.
