Community Admins oversee staff, keep Discord and games organized, and ensure our community runs smoothly. They lead by example, support members, and help grow Academy Gaming.

Community Admins are the backbone of Academy Gaming. They help keep everything running smoothly by managing staff, ensuring the Discord and games we support stay active, and representing the community in a professional manner. As a Community Admin, you’ll be involved in both day-to-day operations and bigger-picture planning. That includes helping staff stay on task, keeping activity and events moving forward, and stepping in when issues need higher-level attention. Admins also play a big role in shaping the community culture. They set the standard for how staff and members should interact, lead by example, and make sure everyone is treated with fairness and respect. Beyond moderation, Community Admins support game managers, help coordinate projects, and work closely with leadership to keep the community aligned with our goals. This role requires responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to make decisions confidently. We’re looking for people who can balance professionalism with approachability—someone who can keep things organized while still being down-to-earth with our members.
