Game Admins at Academy Gaming are leaders dedicated to growing and managing specific games within our community. Whether it’s Destiny 2, Helldivers 2, Call of Duty, Minecraft, or another supported title, Game Admins ensure there’s always activity, structure, and opportunities for players to team up. A big part of the role is recruitment. Game Admins are responsible for creating and sharing LFG (Looking for Group) posts, advertising our community in the right spaces, and helping to bring in new players who are looking for active teammates. They also help maintain momentum by running small events or encouraging staff and members to get involved in their game’s channels. Beyond recruitment, Game Admins work closely with other staff to keep their game’s section organized, enforce rules, and make sure members feel welcome. They set the tone for how that game community grows and represent Academy Gaming to anyone who joins through their efforts. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about a specific game and wants to take ownership of building something bigger. It requires leadership, initiative, and strong communication skills. Game Admins should be comfortable reaching out to players, organizing activities, and helping create a fun, structured environment where everyone can enjoy the game.
