Support moderators (Elders) and collaborate with leadership (Shepherds) for smooth server operations. Manage bots, roles, and permissions to keep things running efficiently. Assist in organizing events like game nights, movie nights, or community hangouts. Be approachable to members with questions or concerns. 🙌 Requirements Active and reliable presence in the server. Strong communication skills and a calm, fair approach to conflicts. Understanding of Discord moderation tools (roles, permissions, audit logs). Agreement with the community’s values: respect, positivity, and inclusivity. Bonus: Experience with bots like Carl-bot, MEE6, or MonitoRSS. 🎁 What You’ll Get A leadership role in a growing community.
