WISH Network is an advertising server that is looking for experienced and committed individuals to help manage staff, support members asking for help, and making sure the server runs smoothly.

———⋞ Requirements ⋟——— ✧ Must be least 16 years old. ✧ Must have 2FA enabled and functional. ✧ Fluent in English writing and speaking. ✧ Capable of thoroughly explaining prior experience managing 1 or more Discord server you don't have full or partial ownership of. 　 » Experience must be for at least 2 months without much of a formal break within. ✧ Generally available for an average of 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. ✧ Capable of being professional, patient, and open-minded to getting and giving feedback. ✧ Responds/fulfills duties in a timely manner. ———⋞ Duties ⋟——— ✧ Guiding current staff in their duties (answer questions, encourage, advise). ✧ Helping train new staff. 　» You won't do this until you and the owner feel you're ready and passed a training for it (simulates how to train). 　» Your input on new applications is also needed. ✧ Helping moderate during low-mod activity. ✧ Helping bump the server actively ✧ Assisting the owner with miscellaneous tasks involving the server/staff. More 💫 ✦ You will receive training. ✦ We have a staff server for all our staff chats and guides. ✦ We have perks including a special advertising channel and nitro giveaways . ✦ This is an unpaid position, but you have the chance to grow as a leader.
