Responsible for managing one individual Apex competitive roster, ensuring players are meeting competitive goals, actively scrimming, participating in tournaments, and maintaining the discipline required to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate scrim schedules, tournaments, and practice blocks • Track performance, VOD review participation, and player development • Manage roster communication, expectations, and updates • Provide structure and ensure players uphold org standards • Work with coaches and the Esports Director to align competitive goals Requirements / Ideal Qualifications: • Strong understanding of Apex Legends competitive ecosystem • Prior management experience preferred but not required (esports or team-based) • Reliable scheduling and communication skills • Ability to enforce expectations professionally • Communicate exclusively through discord Estimated Time Commitment: 4–6 hrs/week
