🐾 About Petwise Petwise is a growing Discord community built around trusted pet care advice, verified vet professionals, and a warm family of animal lovers. We cover everything from dogs and cats to exotic reptiles and birds - and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a Senior Administrator who shares our passion for animals and wants to help shape the future of the server. 🛠️ Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day server operations and moderation team - Manage and mentor moderators and junior staff - Maintain server structure, channels, roles and bots - Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy and partnerships - Ensure the community stays safe, welcoming and on-brand ✅ Requirements - Previous Discord staff experience (Moderator or Admin level) - Strong communication and conflict resolution skills - Available at least a few hours per week - consistency matters - Genuine love for animals and the Petwise mission - Calm under pressure, fair, and drama-free - Familiarity with bots (Carl-bot, MEE6 or similar) is a plus 🌿 What you get - A senior staff role with real responsibility - Access to all staff channels and decision-making - Petwise 🐾 Admin role and colour - A passionate team that actually c
