Bilingual Co-Founder Recruitment – Synthara - Community
Synthara is a recent FR/ENG community server created with the ambition of becoming a lively, structured, and long-lasting space centered around gaming, exchange, and a friendly atmosphere. As part of the project’s development, I am currently looking for a bilingual French/English co-founder who is motivated, serious, and genuinely invested in helping build and grow the server. The co-founder role will involve taking part in the overall vision of the server, its organization, growth, and activity. The goal is to build a strong foundation with someone trustworthy, capable of contributing to important decisions, sharing relevant ideas, and actively helping the community evolve. A good command of both French and English is essential in order to communicate naturally with all members and properly support the bilingual aspect of the server. We are mainly looking for someone reliable, communicative, mature, and available, with a real desire to build a long-term project. There are no unrealistic expectations: this position is for someone willing to get involved, stay consistent, and help Synthara grow alongside me. If you enjoy community projects, have a strong sense of organization, and want to take part in creating a clean, premium, and evolving server, your application will be welcome.
