We're Hiring Experienced Staff Pancake is a growing social community with 1,500+ members, and we're looking for dedicated people who want to help build something long-term. Positions • Moderator • Community Manager / Mod Manager • Event Host We're looking for people who: • Have previous moderation experience • Are active and reliable • Can handle conflicts calmly and fairly • Enjoy building active, welcoming communities What you'll do: • Moderate chats and voice channels • Help with events and community engagement • Support members and maintain a friendly environment • Work with the team to improve the server This is a volunteer position. We're not offering paid roles, but you'll have the opportunity to help shape and grow an established community alongside an active staff team.
