It is the mission of the Ataraxis community to spread knowledge about the value of mental health! Mental health is one of the most important issues of our time. Everyone goes through something, and that is a sad fact of life. The development of a community like Ataraxis gives us all a new platform through which to communicate, interact with one another, and support one another as we navigate the challenges of life.
Ataraxis is a community devoted to increasing public awareness of the importance of mental health! Mental health is one of today's most critical issues. The unfortunate fact is that no one's life is easy, and we all go through difficult times! Creating a community like Ataraxis opens up a new avenue for us all to share our feelings, engage with one another, and encourage one another as we confront life's obstacles. Some of the values we uphold in our community include having active and pleasant staff members, access to many conversations tailored to individual interests, specialized support groups for specific needs, and a place to meet new and nice people!
