About the community

Expectations: - We are an SFW server - sex to DM's. There will be plenty of other adult themes. - 25+ age (or close to it). ISO mature people who can handle nuanced stories and characters. - We are going for a tightknit COMMUNITY of members who truly are here for the right reasons and know how to interact well with others: - - Not low-key lurking for romance or waiting for the 'hot' characters to step into play. Be honest with yourself about this, please. - - Able, willing, and even excited to step out and interact - not just wait for others to come to you. - - Flip side - are not possessive of other players or engage in clique, cultish, or high school table dynamics. - - Paying attention to partners' posts, and responding appropriately. Yes-and, and no-but. - - Everyone is the main character, so nobody is the Main Character™. We do our best to feed into each others' plots so we all get to do the cool shit in our own time. - - I don’t think I’ve fit the word community in here enough yet so I’m going back to that. 'Community'. Look, there it is again! The server: - This is a live RP / 'chatroom' style serve and as such it is a bit experimental as we figure out what works! - We want literate writers and thoughtfully-created characters. - Newbies welcome, just let us know. We try and keep pretentious sorts out, so don't be afraid of looking silly. - We're looking more for friends to write with than the next big fantasy author. If your writing is understandable and you are a thoughtful partner, don't panic about spelling and grammar. Setting: - Urban/modern fantasy, set in a secluded area of modern Scandinavia. Small town surrounded by wilderness. - We offer as much creative freedom as we reasonably can. More about that in our rules.
