With his power and unwavering spirit, he is the city's greatest protector. Reach!'s indomitable spirit and his earnest desire to shield others from harm have molded him into an inspiration for aspiring heroes across Japan. Of course, with a number one hero, you must have a number one villain: The Overseer, a woman whose heart has been consumed by her role as the Harbinger of Destruction. A complex figure of tragedy and ambition, The Overseer seeks to unravel society's established order and reshape it to fit her own designs. Gathering a group of malevolent individuals under her banner, their aims remain shrouded in mystery, but their intentions are clear: seize control of Tokyo and subsequently dominate all of Japan. ✿ ﹕UA is placed at the heart of Tokyo, and is a beacon of light for future generations!
