Responsible for user engagement, planning, and executing events within the server to promote activity. The events coordinator should have their pulse on the types of activities that the members would be interested in participating in.

Role Overview: Responsible for user engagement, planning, and executing events within the server to promote activity. The events coordinator should have their pulse on the types of activities that the members would be interested in participating in. Desired Qualities: -Outgoing and friendly -Organized -Goal oriented -Attentive to detail -Able to communicate effectively -Can easily network and interact with users. Responsibilities: -Planning fun events for members of the server. -Welcoming new members. -Maintaining server engagement and fostering a welcoming community. -Creating guidelines for event participation and potential rewards. -Analyzing event participation trends to determine which events are most effective for -user engagement -Reports to the Community Director Compensation: Eventually, we want to transition all of our roles to paid positions. However, for the moment, we are only able to compensate key positions . As a result, each role and applicant will be evaluated on a case by case basis and discussed in the initial interview.
