Our ideal moderator should be outgoing, friendly, and able to make people feel at ease. While a major function of the moderator is to enforce server rules, their primary responsibility is to make members feel safe & welcome.

Role Overview: Our ideal moderator should be outgoing, friendly, and able to make people feel at ease. While a major function of the moderator is to enforce server rules, their primary responsibility is to make members feel welcome, safe, and make sure they are having fun. Desired Qualities: - Outgoing and friendly - Able to mediate and resolve conflict - Able to network and interact with others Responsibilities: - Welcoming new members. - Assisting in creating server rules and guidelines for members to follow. - Assists in corrective actions for rule violations. - Enforces server rules for members. - Mediates conflict between members. - Creates a welcoming atmosphere for members to participate in. - Reports to Community Director. Compensation: Eventually, we want to transition all of our roles to paid positions. However, for the moment, we are only able to compensate key positions . As a result, each role and applicant will be evaluated on a case by case basis and discussed in the initial interview.
