Responsible for user engagement, curation, and moderation of the discord community. Oversees moderators and events managers. Responsible for building the server community that people would want to join and be a part of.

Role Overview: Responsible for user engagement, curation, and moderation of the discord community. Oversees moderators and events managers. The community director is responsible for building the server community that people would want to join and be a part of. Desired Qualities: - Outgoing and friendly - Organized - Able to handle and resolve conflict - Goal oriented - Attentive to detail Responsibilities: - Planning fun events for members of the server. - Enforcing community rules and guidelines. - Welcoming new members. - Maintaining server engagement and fostering a welcoming community. - Resolving server disputes between members. - Promoting positive server culture. - Managing moderators and events coordinators. Compensation: *Note: This role has a higher early compensation priority due to it being a Senior Level role. Eventually, we want to transition all of our roles to paid positions. However, for the moment, we are only able to compensate key positions . As a result, each role and applicant will be evaluated on a case by case basis and discussed in the initial interview.
