This garganuan project was created after the cold war turned hot in the late 1990s, leading to a US and Soviet project to create a new capital of the world that would avoid any future all out wars! The year is 2123, and Sunrise City holds over eight times the land mass that New York used to sit upon, sprawling across the land with its five major districts each holding their own architectural style, and governments.
