With the discovery of superhumans-- often referred to as NRs, or Neural-Reactives --just six years after the conclusion of World War Two, the American government was swift to keep such a discovery a secret, especially considering these "NRs" seemed to only exist in the United States, born at random. NREP was born out of this effort, the Neural-Reactive Exploration Project. Its goal? Create the ultimate super-soldier that no other nation could even dream to replicate. NRs aged 15-25 are kept in Stockholm, a remote NR containment facility guised under the backdrop of a '50s suburbia aestheticized town. Dark truths and realities lay within Stockholm, where survival and morality do not cross paths.
